  • 1-866-925-5454: All students in Ontario and Nova Scotia can access free, confidential support services 24/7 
  • In Ontario, you can also access Good2Talk's 24/7 support via text by texting GOOD2TALKON to 686868

 

  • BounceBack is a free skill-building program that is accessible to students and all residents of Canada

 

  • AbilitiCBT is an internet-based cognitive behavioral therapy (iCBT) program that you can access from any device, any time. There are scheduled check-ins along the way: you connect with your therapist by phone, video or chat. Free for residents of Ontario and Manitoba.

 

  • BEACON provides guided digital Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with the support of a dedicated therapist for up to 12 weeks. Free of charge for residents of Ontario.

 

  • 24/7 support for 51ÎÛÂþ's students located outside of Ontario or outside of Canada (no appointment needed). Keep.me SAFE provides students with both immediate and ongoing support from multilingual and culturally matched counsellors, at no cost.
